SMALL-BOAT BUILDING AND RESTORATION PROGRAM
The small-boat building and restoration program has been at the heart of LISEC's maritime heritage program for several years. Apprentice boat builders work with more seasoned builders to learn a range of skills from steaming ribs to making sails. |

COMMUNITY ROWING
Over a period of several years, LISEC has restored several boats including a "Martha's Tender" used for rowing. LISEC volunteers also constructed two 19.6' Light Gloucester Pulling Dorys for use in our Community Rowing Program.
One of dorys has been traded for much needed power tools which will be used in the soon to be constructed Bayles Boat Shed workshop. The remaining dory is available for use by LISEC members.
